My Background
My PhD research, “Voices Within: A Psychology of Inner Fragmentation and Healing in Narcissistic Abuse Survivors Through Hypnosis and Parts Integration,” explored how trauma affects survivors of narcissistic abuse and how healing can unfold through gentle, integrative approaches.
This work continues to shape the way I support clients today.
My Approach
If you have been carrying the weight of complex trauma, narcissistic abuse, or painful relationship or attachment patterns, I am here to support you, and together we create a gentle space to understand what needs healing and reconnect with confidence, clarity, and trust in yourself.
Every journey is unique, and I combine a range of approaches to create a path that feels right for each person, drawing on methods that best support their individual process of healing and growth, while creating a sense of safety, understanding, and space to heal at their own pace.
These include psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, EMDR, NLP, parts therapy, and Inner Child work, each carefully chosen to support healing in a safe and effective way.
At the heart of my work lies a simple belief: Healing begins with safety, compassion, and empowerment.
My focus is on helping you build inner strength, reconnect with yourself, and move forward in a way that feels steady, balanced, and sustainable.
The process always unfolds at a pace that feels right for you.
Teaching and Supervision
Alongside my client work, I teach at a leading college of hypnotherapy, training future therapists in trauma-informed practice that fosters safety, integrity, and confidence.
I also serve as a Clinical Supervisor in Integrative Clinical Hypnotherapy, supporting practitioners as they deepen their professional growth and self-awareness.
The Mind Healing Academy
At The Mind Healing Academy, our aim is to offer a safe and professional space where your story is heard, your experiences are validated, and genuine healing can begin.
“If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn, know that you don’t have to go through it alone.”
An Invitation to Heal
Sharing your story can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to take it alone.
Together, we create a calm and compassionate space where you feel safe, supported, and free to move at your own pace. Within this space, you can reconnect with your inner strength, gain clarity, and gently return to a sense of balance, steadiness, and wholeness as you begin to feel more like yourself again.
When you’re ready, I invite you to reach out and take the first step toward healing.
