Healing and Recovery

Healing begins with safety, compassion, and curiosity

When you are ready to begin, healing starts with understanding and safety.

This is where you can take a breath, slow down, and explore what you need at your own pace.

Our work together is not about quick fixes but about helping your mind, body, and emotions find their way back to balance — with warmth, curiosity, and care.

How I Work

My approach is integrative and trauma informed. I combine talking therapies with evidence based techniques that help the mind and body find balance again. These include:

  • Clinical Hypnotherapy – for deep subconscious change and emotional release
  • Psychotherapy and Counselling – for insight, reflection, and growth
  • EMDR – to process and reframe stored trauma and distressing memories
  • Parts Therapy and Inner Child Work – to heal and integrate the different parts of self
  • NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) – to reshape limiting beliefs and build new patterns
  • Ego Strengthening and Relaxation Techniques – to restore calm, confidence, and self trust
  • Regression Therapy – to gently revisit the roots of old patterns so the unconscious mind can release what no longer serves and create new beneficial meaning

You do not need to know which approach will help most. We decide together, session by session, based on what feels right for you.

What to Expect in Our Work Together

Each session is a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.

We may focus on calming the nervous system, processing emotions safely, or exploring past experiences that shaped your present patterns.

Sometimes you will talk, sometimes you may work in trance, imagery, or guided processing.

Everything is collaborative, transparent, and grounded in compassion.

Common Themes I Work With

  • Past or ongoing trauma
  • Relationship and attachment wounds
  • Anxiety, stress, and emotional regulation
  • Low self worth or loss of identity
  • Recovery from narcissistic or emotional abuse
  • Grief, burnout, and life transitions

The Healing Process

Healing unfolds in layers.

You may notice small shifts first, such as, better sleep, fewer triggers, more calm moments.

Then deeper changes begin with trust in yourself, clearer boundaries, gentler self-talk, and a steadier sense of who you are.

It is not about becoming someone new but remembering who you were before the pain.

You can begin wherever you are.
